客家，一个充满千年文明底蕴的词汇，客家元素被无数次的提取、展示，那么如何才能是一个更适合的状态，更多的可能是因不同的空间而异。
将客家菜品提升到料理的程度，这个在行内算是首次，我们和客户共同策划了这次的升级。料理本来是日本文化的一种延伸，客家菜同时又是属于中式体系，我们当然不希望把一个中式菜系日式化。所以我们对两者做了一定比例的揉和。
浅色的木质，在日式里是被大量应用的，所以我们提取了这点特性与客家围龙屋的入口造型做了一下揉合，我们希望门面能更加有新鲜感和吸引力。竹林也是客家原始村落里随处可见的，我们在入口处用了一大片的地方来营造这个环境。
客家建筑的美很大一部份原因是因为它历经了历史的沧桑，我们试想一下，如果我们能在一个历经百年沧桑的围龙屋里吃饭，还有精致的台布、灯光、四面环山，那么我想这个感觉应该会很好吧？鉴于这一点，我们就把这个感觉搬进了室内......
榻榻米的包间融入了日式的文化，让“捱家”的料理味道更浓一些，透过围龙屋造型的窗口看向大厅，一幅22米长的巨幅山水画展现在面前，在大厅向包房里看去，朵朵白云与整体环境遥相呼应。瓦片也是客家元素里最不可缺少的一种，但是我们没有像传统展现手法那去照搬、堆砌，而是给每一块瓦片都量身定制一个展示框，让它更加精致的展现在观众面前，物以稀为贵，我们想通过这样的手法让人们感受到历史所带来文化价值，能更珍惜历史，珍惜我们的客家文化！

Hakka, a vocabulary full of millennium civilization, hakka elements have been extracted and displayed countless times, so how to be a more suitable state, more may be different for different Spaces.
This is the first time in the industry that hakka dishes have been promoted to the level of cuisine, and we planned this upgrade together with our customers. Cuisine is originally an extension of Japanese culture, and hakka cuisine is also part of the Chinese system, so we certainly don't want to japanese-style a Chinese cuisine. So we have a certain proportion of the sum of the two.
The light-colored wood is widely used in Japanese style, so we extracted this feature and combined it with the entrance shape of hakka dragon house. We hope the facade can be more fresh and attractive. Bamboo forests are also common in hakka villages, and we used a large area at the entrance to create this environment.
The beauty of hakka architecture is largely due to its historical vicissitudes. Let's think about it. If we can have dinner in a dragon house that has experienced a hundred years of vicissitudes, with exquisite tablecloths, lighting and surrounded by mountains, then I think this feeling will be very good, right? With that in mind, we brought that feeling inside...
Tatami mat room into the Japanese culture, so that "from house to house" cuisine taste more strong, through the dragon house shaped window to look at the hall, a 22 meters long giant landscape exhibition is now in front of the hall to look at the room, white clouds and the overall environment echo. Tiles also is the one of the most indispensable in hakka element, but we are not like a traditional show gimmick that to copy, piled up, but to give each piece of tiles are tailored to a display box, make it more delicate show in front of an audience, scarcity value, we want to through this trick to let people feel the history culture value, can be more cherish history, cherish our hakka culture!
