     售楼中心位于山东省济宁市，为济宁森泰房地产开发有限公司开发建成的一个楼盘项目。而本案的初衷，旨在为一贯功利性和浮躁的售楼中心，融入 “艺术展厅” 的概念。把纯粹的售楼空间，转化为一个能让来客有所体会，可休闲细品及回味的“艺术性”综合体。
 

     主体空间共分三大部分，包含了一个核心接待区；北边的茶室；及南边的洽谈区。人流动线上做了明确的区分，保证了空间体验的纯粹性。总体调性上则以带细腻肌理感的白色为主，衬以大面积的艺术水泥地面，通过各项的摆设、挂画、挂饰等不同形态的“艺术品”来丰富空间的体验，从而营造出艺术馆特有的氛围。
